For consumer customers, shipping is free of charge however we are only able to ship to UK mainland. If you are outside of UK Mainland, please contact info@athleticum.co.uk for shipping quote.

We aim to deliver within 7-14 working days after placing your order. If this is not possible, we will contact you to agree a delivery date.

FREE curb-side pallet delivery to a UK mainland address. Delivered by 3rd party specialists.

Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping costs will be deducted from all credits issued to the purchaser. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund Policy

Return Conditions. 

  • Customers have 30 days after placing an order to return the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all paperwork, packaging, parts and accessories included. Any damage or missing parts to the Product caused by Customer will be deducted from the amount refunded to Customer.
  • You must inform a member of staff at Athleticum if you wish to return an item before shipping. Please call +44 (0) 20 8819 9161 or email info@athleticum.co.uk
  • If you return the machine all return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • There is a 20 percent restocking fee on all products.
  • For all items which can be shipped via common carrier (accessories, targeted vibration products, Personal Power Plate and Power Plate MOVE) Athleticum will send a Shipping label via email and it is the customer’s responsibility to print, secure to box and take to a Shipping depot. The customer is also responsible for re-boxing the item securely. Any damage to the equipment due to poor packaging will result in a reduced refund and is to the discretion of Athleticum.
  • All refunds are issued within 30 days once the item is back in our warehouse and inspected by Power Plate accredited staff.
