Online Course: Taught by Luciana Marcial, Spinning® Senior Advisor and Global Master Instructor Team Manager.
Course Overview
Learn about the surge technique. The surge technique involves 3 different components: resistance, cadence, and standing up on the pedals. This course begins with a focused tutorial wherein Luciana will take you through some examples of utilizing those components to help you get a better understanding of the building blocks of those big and powerful efforts, followed by a 30-minute "Surge Like a Superhero" ride to put what you learned into action.
This Course Is For You If:
- You teach Spinning® or indoor cycling classes and want to amplify your presence at the front of the class
- You want to stand out when you audition for your next (or first) instructor position
- You want to grow your class attendance numbers through your energy and connection
- You need to earn CECs for your Spinning® certification
How It Works
After you enrol, you'll receive an email with a link within 24hrs to start the course and complete it at your own pace. It's not required to have a bike to complete this course. Upon completion, you'll receive confirmation of your CECs earned.
