Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 20 - KLARNA - Terms and Conditions

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

• Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerlandand the Netherlands.
• Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
• Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
• Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
• Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. SECTION 20a - GOCARDLESS

Education orders over £300 - Can be split into two equal payments
Education orders over £600 - Can be split into three equal payments
Education orders over £1000 - Can be split into six equal payments

2% direct debit administration fee will be added to your check-out total. Your total amount including shipping will be split into the pre-agreed monthly payments, or one off direct debit for the total amount. Your order will be approved subject to your bank direct debit approvals and successful first payment.

Terms
*The first payment is taken immediately as a non refundable deposit, following the signed mandate being set up and approved.
** The administration fee will be split equally across all payments.

*** The DD split amount and products can be updated without notice.

 

SECTION 21 - RENEWED PRODUCTS 

Renewed Items are like-new or ex-demo products with a 30 day guarantee and comes with a 6 month parts-only consumer warranty from date of purchase. Our renewed products have been professionally inspected and tested to work and look like new by 3rd party qualified and performance-managed suppliers. The inspection and testing process typically includes a full diagnostic test, replacement of any defective parts, and a thorough cleaning process if required. Most renewed products are unused return items or sales show items.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

Photo image or video evidence is required to allow up to approve your return request sooner.

 

You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

• Gift cards 
• Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed including bike cadence sensors, bike computers and cranks, and heart rate monitors
• Downloadable software products including education & online courses
• Some health and personal care items and sports clothing eg, padded bike shorts, swimwear and sports under-garments and heart rate monitors.
• On sale or discounted items.
• Education and Event Tickets. 

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details of your rights are available from your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.

Returns Process:

• Contact info@athleticum.co.uk to log a returns request. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
• We will provide you with a return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Package your return in the box that it was originally shipped in, including protective packaging and seal securely. You should included the packing list with your order details.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

• Books with obvious signs of use 
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Spinner®/SPIN® Bikes/Sensors/Computer/Consoles: Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping costs will be deducted from all credits issued to the purchaser. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds (if applicable) 

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
3. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@athleticum.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@athleticum.co.uk and you will be instructed by the returns team on how and where to post your return item. Please use your Order Reference and Surname on the reference of the package shipping.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, you will be instructed by the returns team on how and where to post your return item. Please use your Order Reference and Surname on the reference of the package shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Renewed Products
Renewed Products are covered by the renewed products policy. Please see Terms of Service page.

PROS EVENT TICKETS BOOKING & REFUND POLICY:

• Ticket holders will be emailed to enter further details post-purchase.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable 14 days after purchase
• Please see the product description and terms associated with each ticket.
• Ticket holders will be notified via email of the full schedule launch.
• Discount rates cannot be combined, nor added retrospectively to an order once processed.

Terms and Conditions - AntiGravity® Training UK and Ireland

Cancellation / Refunds Policy:

• In case of cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the training, all fees will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of £50.
• For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the start of the training, 50% of the fee will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of £50.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date.

Refunds of parts-thereof will not be available if:

• If you are unable to attend 100% of the scheduled live training date you will not be eligible for a refund or part-thereof. Please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs via a course transfer - transfer fees apply.
• You have already accessed the online portion and training materials for any part of the course.
• Downloadable software or content included within live & online educational courses for which you have already been given access to may not be refunded.
• On-Sale items where discounts have been given for any reason will not be eligible for refund.

We understand some last minute issues can occur and will do our best to help to transfer your training to a later date.

Course Transfer Fees:

* More than 30 days prior to a course date - £50.
* Between 14 - 29 days prior to a course date - £150.
* Less than 14 days prior to a course date - £200.
